• Candidates must be at least 10th level in a spell casting class.
• Interview with Bliss, or Elder member in her absence.
• Completion of an entry quest (fun!)
• A Covenant. (Personal Vow to Bliss)
• A Sacrifice. (Personal Offering to Bliss)
• Must have the support of three Coveners, two being from the Congress of Elders.

(There are rumors that chocolate will get you far in the Coven,
frankly, they are true!)
