At the Waterline

You stand on soft wet sand. The rolling waves lap at your toes, and the
ever-changing roar of the ocean fills your ears. To the north, beyond the
impassable breakers, lies the Maelmordian Seas. You can continue along
the waterline to the east or west, or head up the beach to the south.
The sky is rainy and a warm southerly breeze blows.
